Assistant course in land-based aquaculture

Description:

The course is designed for personnel at fish hatcheries who handle medications for fish as part of their daily work. The goal of the course is to provide a broad and in-depth understanding of the correct use of medications, important terminology related to medications, relevant regulations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) considerations around medication use, i.e. vaccination.

After completing the course, the participant will be qualified to act as a veterinary assistant for fish health personnel during operations involving medication use, such as vaccinations.
